Biofeedback is relaxation training that harnesses the power of your mind. This allows for greater awareness and regulation over many physiological functions to gain more control over your mood, physical performance and overall health.

During Biofeedback, a sensor will be placed on your earlobe or finger tip and will provide information about your heart rhythms, muscle tension, and mental focus. This information will be used during exercises and techniques to maximize relaxation, as well as increase mindfulness and body awareness.
