I believe a good fit is important and essential to the therapeutic process. I offer a free phone consultation where we can briefly discuss your needs to determine if my services are right for you. I encourage you to schedule an initial therapy session to experience my therapy approach and treatment style.

50+ min individual therapy session: $125.00
50+ min couples or family therapy session: $150.00
90 min individual therapy or EMDR session: $150.00

*Fee reduction may be available depending on financial need

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service, no late payments accepted.

Insurance

I accept several types of insurance including Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, UMR and ComPsych. I am not accepting Medicare/Medicare Advantage plans. Please feel free to call me to discuss your specific insurance. If I do not accept your insurance provider, I may be able to provide an invoice for third party reimbursement to your health insurance provider. I encourage you to contact your health care provider for more information about out of network reimbursement when this applies. Health savings account or flex spending account can be utilized to pay for out of pocket therapy costs.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full fee of the session.
